Needlenose manages to tick off his fellow Mayhems. He set up the Mayhems in order to test their response time. And all because he is worried that they won't be ready to a vengeful Carnivac. His suspicions about Carnivac getting into the base become real, and he learns that its not wise to Cry Wolf. Carnivac scopes out the Mayhems, seeking out a lone warrior and finds Bludgeon. Bludgeon however is not one to be unaware. Meanwhile the Wreckers argue over if they should help Carnivac. The other Mayhems appear and Carnivac is forced to leave, and sacrifices his Pretender shell to make it look like he was killed. The Wreckers show up and battle the Mayhems.
